I sit at a computer all day and by the late after noon my lower back is usually stiff and achy. I used to pop a couple of pain relievers to dull the pain so that I could keep working, but now I just use your method.
Probably two or three times a day I find myself doing your stretch.
Not only does it loosen up the stiffness, but it also gives me a little burst of energy... I guess getting everything in line really is good for your whole body!
