Tourism Marketing
In my opinion tourism marketing has made a complete change in the last 5 years. It used to be all about brochures. Now it's not even about websites, because blogging has taken over the world. South Africa needs to jump on this band wagon because without web or blog knowledge, any tourism business will lose out. South Africans have only now realised how dependent people have become on the world wide web. Getting your logos and slogans out there is a challenge BUT with the help of blogging and even sites like mySpace and Facebook you are able to do marketing free of charge. If I take myself as an example: If I need a tourism service I go to the web first, then to Facebook and then I start using the phone.

Acne cure!!!!
http://cocomvz.acnefree.hop.clickbank.net
The methods I found in Chris' book worked wonders for my acne. Immediately afterwards I felt healthier, had clearer skin, and found myself not fatigued during the day. I also found a whole world of good health information and advice in the bonus ebooks he sent me. Since purchasing your "Acne Free in 3 Days" package, I have been free of the acne and living a healthy, antibiotic-free lifestyle. I have not gotten sick once! Thank you Chris.

Tourist Traps
I came across some interesting news online. One fact is quite scary and that is that people have no clue how to spel the name PILANESBERG. Its a game reserve in the North West Province of South Africa and you will have a greater chance of viewing the big 5 than in The Kruger National Park. Kruger is much bigger and much dryer and I prefer a smaller park.
A definitive tourist trap are the curio shops. They are totally overpriced. You can buy the same stuff in the local supermarket or even at a flea market. My suggestion is to pass every shop which says CURIOS!
Have a look at some more sites:

Weekend tips
Weekends can go fast if you are not careful. But sometimes you don't really know what to do. There are a few interesting things to do in Pretoria. I recently visited the Sammy Marx Museum. There is a lovely tea garden which has tables outside under the trees. You can order a picnic basket or even attend of of thei picnic concerts.
The house itself is the museum and you can take the hour and a half guided tour which is a must. There are also specialised tours such as a ghost tour which includes a five course meal in the house kitchen.
Another great excursion is a visit to the "Voortrekker" Monument. There is also a tea garden and lovely lawns to spend a lazy afternoon. One gets a sense of the "Boere Trots" and how much they really suffered.

Tips volume 2
When you plan your holiday; it's good to get a city guide or area guide of the destination. Mostly they will have prices of attractions, food and even hotels. You can therefore budget your holiday.
You should also get the local newspaper as soon as you arrive at your destination. You may even find a few bargains!!!

Diabetes getting you down?
Smart Travel
Lets start by saying travel is NOT CHEAP. But there are ways to save some money while travelling. For one; try to use the public transport in a particular country. Most 1st world countries have superb public transport. If you are visiting a 3rd world country like SOuth Africa, rent a car. This will also save some money and time.
I would also suggest to visit the first supermarket you can find. You will get a good idea of what things in the particular area cost. You could also buy some local fresh foods instead of take-aways such as MacDonalds or Kentucky Fried Chicken. Just be aware of strange foods - it may cause some stomach issues...
One other thing I found is worth doing, is to take along some small snacks such as peanuts or dried fruit. When you buy loads of snacks on your ways your cash will run out quickly. Oh, and dont forget your water bottle. Fill it up in the hotel each night.
